New riding centre in Norrfjärden

At the beginning of the year, Harrbäckens Ridcenter opened at Norrfjärden just outside of Piteå. The orderer was Isakssons Åkeri and they chose Hallbyggarna Jonsereds as supplier of the 25×75 metre (WxL) riding hall. “There are several indoor riding stables in Piteå, which are often booked up and it’s difficult to book a time. So, we saw there was a need and wanted to do something for equestrian sports,” says Peter Isaksson, founder of the riding centre. A fabric structure was a suitable solution as the ground conditions at the building site were challenging. If the ground changes position, then the fabric structure is not as sensitive as buildings made from concrete, wood or sheet metal. The smooth roof also means the snow does not remain on it. The fabric structure is also simple to move, if needed. With respect to how the collaboration with Hallbyggarna Jonsereds has worked, Peter replies, “If I have had questions before, during and after the delivery, you have been quick to reply. We are incredibly happy in every way.” Harrbäckens Ridcenter is open around the clock and is open to everyone. They have received incredibly positive feedback from visitors since their inauguration. It is large and light. “I become just as happy every time I go into the fabric structure,” concludes Peter Isaksson.
