Environmentally efficient hall for NKT in Falun.

NKT in Falun received an order to store their raw materials, which they use for cable manufacturing, in a protected environment. They chose another tent hall from Hallbyggarna Jonsereds. The new hall provides a total of 3,840 square meters and measures 30x128x5 meters (Width x Length x Side Height).

The hall is equipped with an environmentally and energy-efficient heating solution in the form of air curtains at the doors and five air heat pumps with modulating capacity that efficiently distribute heat and provide good circulation.

“We are extremely satisfied with the project! The delivery was scheduled to coincide with the inventory at the facility. It was during the holiday period, when production is halted, that the delivery was planned. If we had missed that window, the delivery would have had to take place during the Christmas and New Year holidays. You did an amazing job in keeping to the schedule. Despite the outbreak of the Ukraine crisis, which affected deliveries, the staff at Hallbyggarna Jonsereds managed to get the materials delivered on time. The construction then progressed very smoothly, and the assembly team was very professional,” says Linda Mandelqvist, Manager Warehouse and Transportation.
